• Creating and managing your registered juan375 Account and authenticating your identity at login.
• Completing PAGCOR-mandated KYC identity verification and age verification (21+ requirement).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and all financial transactions in Philippine Peso through authorized payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Administering bonuses, promotional offers, and the juan375 VIP Program in accordance with applicable promotional terms.
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, money laundering, and other illegal conduct.

• PAGCOR and Philippine regulatory authorities: As required under our operating authorization, juan375 provides player data to PAGCOR and other competent Philippine authorities upon lawful request or as mandated by regulatory reporting obligations.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Accredited third-party services that verify the authenticity of government-issued IDs and perform liveness checks. These providers act as PIPs under binding data processing agreements.
• Payment processors: GCash (GXI), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and card networks receive the minimum financial data necessary to process each transaction. All are regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

juan375 uses first-party cookies and similar browser technologies to enable essential Platform functions and to improve your user experience. juan375 does not use third-party advertising cookies or permit third-party advertising networks to track Users across external sites from the juan375.vip domain.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and using Platform features.

Under RA 10173, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data processed by juan375. These rights may be exercised by contacting the juan375 support team, who will route your request to the Data Protection Officer within one (1) business day.

• Right to be Informed: You have the right to be notified about how your personal data is collected, used, shared, and retained — as set out in this Policy.
• Right of Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is being processed.
• Right to Rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Account details can be updated directly through your Account settings for some fields.
• Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to overriding retention obligations under PAGCOR regulation and the Philippine AMLA.
• Right to Object: You may object to specific processing activities, including direct marketing communications, at any time without providing justification.
• Right to Data Portability: You may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible and where processing is based on consent or contract.
• Right to Damages: You have the right to claim compensation for damages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, false, or unlawfully obtained personal data under Section 16(f) of RA 10173.
• Right to Complain: You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.

juan375 will respond to all verifiable data subject requests within twenty (20) business days of receipt, consistent with the timeframes under NPC guidelines. Some requests may require identity verification before they can be actioned.

juan375 is strictly prohibited from collecting personal data from, or providing services to, individuals under 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing minimum gambling age in the Philippines. The Platform is not directed at, designed for, or intended to attract persons below the legal gaming age.

juan375 employs mandatory KYC age verification to enforce this restriction. If juan375 discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, it will immediately suspend the associated Account, flag it for review, and take steps to securely delete all personal data collected from that minor to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the course of operating the Platform, some personal data processed by juan375 may be transferred to, stored in, or processed by servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure or game content providers with operations in other jurisdictions.

All international transfers of personal data by juan375 are conducted in compliance with Section 21 of RA 10173 and the relevant NPC circulars on cross-border data transfers. juan375 ensures that any recipient of personal data outside the Philippines provides equivalent levels of protection, typically through contractual data processing agreements that incorporate the NPC's standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards recognized under Philippine law.

Your use of the Platform constitutes consent to the international transfer of your data as described in this section, subject to the safeguards described above.

juan375 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date shown at the top of the Policy.

For material changes that significantly affect how we use your personal data, juan375 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed upon next login to the Platform. If you object to any amended terms of this Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
