For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," "Sign In," or by otherwise accessing or using any portion of the juan375 Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the juan375 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and juan375 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, warranties, or agreements — written or oral — between the parties regarding the subject matter herein.

To register and maintain an Account on juan375, and to participate in any real-money gaming activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using juan375 is lawful at the time of use.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by juan375 or by PAGCOR.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by juan375 for cause.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have accurately disclosed your true identity and date of birth during the registration process.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the juan375 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. juan375 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact juan375 support immediately via the live chat function.

In accordance with PAGCOR KYC requirements, you must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document before withdrawal functions are activated on your Account. Accepted identification includes: PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, and LTFRB-issued driver's license. juan375 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

All information provided during registration and KYC must be accurate, current, and complete. Submitting false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All deposits and withdrawals on juan375 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). juan375 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to the limits and processing terms applicable to each method at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account Wallet upon confirmed receipt of funds by juan375's payment processors. juan375 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's financial institution, mobile wallet provider, or network infrastructure.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods or accounts registered in the same name as the juan375 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. juan375 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests prior to processing.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Specific limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals may only be processed after completion of PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification.
• Juan375 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending resolution of any suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals — typically 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers — typically 1 to 3 business hours. These are estimates and not contractual guarantees.
• juan375 does not charge withdrawal fees from the User's balance; however, the User's bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges.

juan375 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, promotional credits, cashback offers, free spins, or VIP tier rewards to eligible Account holders. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issuance, including wagering requirements ("turnover requirements"), eligible game categories, minimum odds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits.

Bonus funds must be distinguished from Real-Money Funds in the User's Wallet. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable balances. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 20x the bonus amount) will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.

Participation in the juan375 VIP Program is governed by separate VIP Program Terms. Cashback rewards earned through the VIP Program are credited as real-money funds and are not subject to standard wagering requirements unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the juan375 Platform are operated in accordance with the rules published within each game's individual help section or paytable. In the event of a conflict between a game's in-built help text and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game's operation.

juan375 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live casino games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in certified studios and are subject to additional game-specific rules.

• Bets placed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled once the game round has begun.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error that prevents proper resolution of a round, the affected wager may be refunded at juan375's discretion.
• juan375 does not accept liability for losses resulting from user-side technical issues, including internet disconnection, device failure, or browser incompatibility.
• If a game result is erroneously displayed due to a software fault, the recorded server-side result shall be binding and final.
• Winnings arising from obvious software errors, display glitches, or pricing errors are not valid and may be voided by juan375.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the juan375 Platform. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, or IP address.
• Using false, stolen, or otherwise fraudulent identification documents during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or juan375 staff to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to fulfill turnover requirements without genuine risk.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juan375 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Transferring Account balances, Bonus Funds, or winnings to another person or Account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to mask your actual geographic location in contravention of jurisdictional access requirements.

All content on the juan375 Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, interface design, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive property of juan375 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit copying, reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without juan375's prior written consent.

juan375 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and in compliance with PAGCOR data governance requirements. The collection and use of your personal data is governed in full by the juan375 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law. Retention of data follows the periods mandated by PAGCOR regulations and the Data Privacy Act.

juan375 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Real-money wagering carries financial risk, and it is possible to lose money when gambling. juan375 strongly encourages all Users to set financial and time limits on their gaming activity and to regard gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users from their Account dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — configurable at any time, effective immediately when reducing and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing.
• Session time reminders and auto-logout on inactivity settings.
• Net loss limits per session, per day, or per week.
• Cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Permanent self-exclusion — Account suspension effective immediately upon request, irrevocable for the duration chosen.

juan375 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period stipulated by juan375 or PAGCOR.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity in violation of Philippine law.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder or notification from PAGCOR's exclusion registry.
• Account registered by or for an individual under 21 years of age.
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward juan375 staff or other platform users.
• Technical necessity, including security threats, regulatory direction, or scheduled maintenance.

Upon Account termination for cause, any Real-Money balance may be reviewed. Where termination follows from confirmed fraud, regulatory violation, or material breach of these Terms, juan375 may withhold and forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR directives. Where termination is initiated by the User voluntarily, or for administrative reasons not related to misconduct, any verified Real-Money balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method after applicable due diligence.

The juan375 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan375 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or freedom from viruses or harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, juan375's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

juan375 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — even if juan375 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought.

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the juan375 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform should first be submitted to juan375 through the live chat support channel. juan375 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within 15 business days of receipt.

If informal resolution is not achieved, unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism, available to all Users who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed at the platform level. Disputes not resolved through PAGCOR's mechanism shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Manila, Philippines.

juan375 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, juan375 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at the time of next login.

Your continued use of the juan375 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
